UKPA owns the website. Any sending to individuals or other entities on mailing lists that you do not have full rights to use is explicitly prohibited conduct. To the extent that you interact with the Site in any way, you represent and guarantee that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the data that you input into the Site. Content and/or User Content created by parties other than UKPA will not be screened or reviewed by UKPA, although UKPA has the right to review, deny, monitor, modify or remove any Content and/or User Content that is available on the Site in its sole discretion. This Content and/or User Content review is done at your own risk, and UKPA expressly disclaims any and all duty or obligation to you or anyone else. You agree and recognise that you are solely responsible for any and all Content and/or User Content that you utilise.

Permissions for the UKPA
The conditions of Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 must be met in order to register a notice of infringement with UKPA. The UK Copyright Office maintains a copy of this statute’s language online.
We reserve the right, at any time, to change or alter our policies on the use of our website and your usage of our website. There will be no liability for UKPA’s deletion or failure to keep any messages and other communications, as well as any other Content or User Content, on the Site.
